Mike Billoni, Food Bank’s Community and Public Relations Director
Mike Billoni joined the Food Bank of Western New York in 2006 as its Marketing and Public Relations Relations Director.
In 2012, he was moved into his current position.
He is responsible for the development of the Food for Tomorrow Society
as well as event sponsorships, and public, government and community relations.
Prior to joining the Food Bank of WNY, the life-long WNYer was the principal of Billoni Associates, a writing, events and publicity company. He also was Vice President/General Manager of the Buffalo Bisons professional baseball club; Vice President of Rich Baseball opperations and was an award-winning sports writer for the Rochester Democrat & Chronicle, the Buffalo Courier-Express and the Tonawanda News.
“It is an honor to be working with our board of directors to ensure the Food Bank’s future through membership in the Food for Tomorrow Society,” Billoni says. "no one should go hungry, especially children. That's why my wife, Debbie, and I have joined the Food for Tomorrow Society. We want to ensure our neighbors who are struggling to put food n their tables all year will know there will always be a Food Bank to help them.
