StampOutHunger2017_WIDE

Stamp Out Hunger is an annual event in partnership with the National Letter Carriers’ Association. Residents will leave donations at their mailboxes for collection during normal mail delivery times.  Last year, the Food Bank of WNY received over 70,000 lbs of food donations!

We need volunteers!

The Food Bank will  be in need of volunteers at the following post offices

Williamsville Post Office – 5325 Sheridan Dr 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. 

Amherst Post Office – 5500 Bailey Ave 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. 

Kenmore Post Office – Kenmore Middle School, 155 Delaware Rd – 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., 2 p.m. to 6 p.m.

Stamp Out Hunger - Volunteer Form

Volunteers play a critical role in ending hunger by giving their time and talent to support the Food Bank of WNY. Please fill out the form below and tell us about your interests.
  • Note: The Food Bank of WNY cannot accept volunteers under the age of 14 for safety purposes. Children 14-15 years old need to be accompanied by an adult. Exceptions are made at off-site events!
  • If you are interested in bringing a group to the Food Bank, each member must fill out an application.
    Note: Most volunteer opportunities at the Food Bank require lifting and other physical activities. Please let the volunteer coordinator know if you have any concerns.
